what does awaiting hosts mean?
 

and do i have to click resume to make sure I get the stuff I am trying to download????

Awaiting usually means that LW has sent out a search, and is waiting for someone to respond.

If no proper responses came back, repeat the search.

Sometimes it takes weeks for a host to come back online , so repeat the search at times when you think the host might be online (Saturday afternoons or evenings GMT -4 ) are usually peak times.
