hello,

got a question.

when i download a song, i click save as, it puts into a shared folder, i open windows media player, click on the song. soon after that, the name of the song turns red and it says that it can't find the folder and will not play the song.

same thing happens soon after a song is downloaded in the limewire library as stated above.. click, play, soon after, it will not play and can't find the song..

WMP is a playlist player; ie: a playlist is simply a reference file which has a list of the names of the songs & pointers to their location. If you later move the file from the location it was situated at the time of creating the playlist then the playlist won't work. Advice is to move the song to a folder such as Music where you will want the song file to reside on a more permanent basis. Then add it to WMP.
