 Incomplete files Whenever I download music or movies especially, it starts out well and I keep previewing to make sure it is downloading correctly. But at some point through the download I preview it and it only shows the first minute or to of the song or movie. I then check the library and check the incomplete file. The megabytes is correct with what I have downloaded so far but the duration is only a fraction of what it should be. Also the incomplete preview appears in the incomplete folder in red. Please help this is extremely frustrating. My email is **** Any help would be great.
