can't understand why.....?
 

Hi,
I'm new in using limeware and I have a problem...
I have two PC connected at home...both use the same phone line. Why can't I see on both of them the uploads?
I went on settings as I read to do here in order to control,and it says false...but I would like to see the uploads....

can someone of you, experts help me...and explain me what I ahve to do??

Did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); Firewall configuration instructions (click on link)

Then double-check again as you did earlier with the bug test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False?

However, are you using dial up or broadband? I think 2 limewires would struggle with a dial up connection.

Can you tell us your Modem & router brand name & model numbers?

I have no modem and I am not using both PC at the same time,so there shouldn't be any crash.
I have already setted firewalls and now the message is different...
it says that my client is a leaf node shielded by an Ultrapeer...

I would like to be able to share and to see uploads....:(

To view uploads, go to your LW Monitor window & the lower part will show you whether you are uploading to other people. See image B.

Also, in your LW Library window, click on any shared folder & look under the upload & hits columns. Uploads will tell you which files were uploaded & hits will tell you which files were found during other people's searches. See image A.
