Can't Download When Connected

I'm new to Limewire and am having problems. I can connect just fine, and have an excellent connection and can search music and do everything like that just fine. But when i go to download a song all that happens is it says "Connecting..." for a while and then eventually turns to "Not Enough Sources." This happens even when there are 200+ sources for the same file. What am i doing wrong?

Did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); Firewall configuration instructions (click on link)

Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False? If false then your LW is being partially blocked.

Can you give us a total desciption of your set up:
1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98)
2. What firewalls you have?
3. How much ram?
4. Hard Disk space available?
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.)
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)?
8. What version of Limewire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version.
9. Who is your isp provider?

Now I can't even connect. It says I am sharing my files, but i can't connect. I hadn't configured my firewall but i did now, but nothing changed. And also the bug report test and it is false, so i know that = bad. I have tried the deleting the .limewire folder several times. That's what worked before, but now it doesn't.
- My OS: XP Pro
- Firewalls: Windows Security Center Firewall (which in enabled), and a router that has a built in firewall that I disabled. Also note: i tried disabling both of them and i still wasn't able to connect
-RAM: 1GB
-HD: 160GB
-Connection: Midwest Wireless Clearwave (a form of high speed internet transfered by wireless towers)
-Modem: Alvanon BreezeACCESS
Router: Microsoft MN-500
-Connecting from home
-LW: 4.8.1
Java: 1.5.0_02
-Isp provider: Midwest Wireless Clearwave

If you can think of anything to help me out that would be sweet.
