Move To Library Problems

12 DOWNLOADS COULD NOT MOVE TO LIBRARY!! I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING INCLUDING RE-ASSIGNING MY DOWNLOAD FOLDER AND HITTING THE APPLY BUTTON. HELP!?!
