I see, the biggest download ive had is about 40KB/s and then after about a week it went down to 20KB/s and now ill be lucky if the speeds go above 10 even sometimes 5KB/s.

Example, last night i was downloading a cable/dsl file that was around 400MB (video) from *9* users/hosts and the speed was bewtween 5 - 10KB/s
