Hey! Yeah you can burn CD's from limewire, but you need a CD-RW drive and a program that makes it possible to burn CD's such as Nero. I have Nero and I am successfully burning CD's although they are not playing on my computer or any of my CD players. This could be because my CD players are too old to play CD's that have been burned on computer. A lot of people are having problems with burning their CD's as you have probably noticed in this forum. There should be some clear, easy-to-follow instructions somewhere on this site that explain everything that you can do with LimeWire.

Ha, fat chance of that. I've been all over limewire's site and they don't say anything about it...and I do have nero and a cd-rw...Still having problems burning cds. The cds that I do burn wont be played on my cd player or computer. Both of which are brand new. I dunno, its a bit fishy.

I've burnt many CD's and have had no problems with them playing. I have a Sony Discman that I got back in the '90's and it can read CD-R's. Are you using R's or RW's? Because a lot of players can't read the RW. If you haven't yet, try to use CD-R. You may have better luck with them.

Yep, i am using CD-Rs. But after a whole night of fiddling around with my windows and nero...I managed to burn a decent CD that will be played by my equipment! Apperantly there was some type of problem where my two softwares werent talking.

I've gotta ask this. How many CD's did you go through before you got one working properly? I hear of so many people that have burnt CD's that didn't play. The first time that I burnt a CD I was new to it all and I have yet to make one that didn't work. Every CD I burnt turned out okay.
