LOTR: Just had the British Telecom help mob on it before doing what we think was the problem. It's all down to the router allowing communication between the port and the PC, and router settings enabling L/W as a virtual server. Damned complicated for the layman (me) but ignoring the online help from BT B/Band and ringing their service line can save you hours of typing the same thing over and over again. I will not put their number here as it could be against forum rules, but asking for it to begin with on BT's online help is recommended. Cheers.
