Hopefully Im in the correct forum. So I have windows XP and when I try to burn music I've downloaded it wont happen.

The problem is that when I try and drag the files that I want to burn over to my specific folder in itunes, nothing moves. I even tried dragging the whole libaray into an emepty folder; still nothing.

All the other folders drag fine. Its just music from limewire that wont budge. It's like its locked or something.

Please help, for all the friends I've asked have no clue why this is happening.

thanks
tkf

Are these mp3 or wma files or something else? Do you have another burner program like nero?

iTunes won't recognise mp3 pro, ogg vorbis, ..

These are mp3's. And no, I don't have another burn system. However I was informed that I could download one at mp3downloading.com.

What's the deal with the program nero you speak of?

Thanks for your help. Its my first time at the rodeo.......

Um have you seen this: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...5&pagenumber=1
I have a suspicion you've been scammed. LW is free! Or it is for the Basic version. And some scam sites say they offer burning options ... well, hard to believe anything they say.

To understand how to use iTunes, see How to transfer music to my iPod (& iTunes)

For Nero, just like Roxio, it should recognise most non-patented audio formats.
