What does the number mean?

Hi! Can anyone tell me what the number means when downloading? Does it stand for the amount of people you're downloading from or is it your place in the waiting list?

Are you refering to the search results or the downld window. On the search results, those no.'s under the # column represent how many other people have that same copy of the file that your particular search was able to find. In the downld window it will show how many hosts (other people) you're downlding from. It will show the downld speed in KB per sec, & estimated time left to downld.

If you're in a waiting list then yes, it means the uploader is busy & you are in a waiting line. You might be 2nd or 3rd in the waiting list, etc.

Xtra hints & downld skills see all the off-shoot links from here: To continue files downlding (click on link)
