verfiying movies
 

hi guys

wonde rif you can help me with a problem i have..

i've just downloaded a movie of 700mb and it got to 100 and started to verify the file and got to 99% and then started the download from 98% again.. its done this for the past 6 times

finished the download then verifys to 99% then restart the download at 98% is there a way to stop this.. the movie format is mpg or avi i cant remember i understand the movie downloads the codecs in the file so i cant stop the file until its complete..

please help its been doing this for the past 2 days over and over im using windows xp etc its fine with small files just nothing over 200mb which is weird

If LW detects there is something different about the file compared to when it originally downlded the hash which includes the file's info, then LW will attempt to re-downld those missing bits or bytes up to 6 times after which it will give up.

A movie doesn't downld codecs. CODECs are what your player needs to play certain types of videos. CODECs list for Movies
