Need Help!

Ok Irealy need help! I just got hooked up w/ Limewire and I have downloaded a few songs on to iTunes but they wont go onto my iPod! It has a folder on iTunes but when I plug my iPod in the songs wont go into the iPod. Can anyone help me ?
