 phantom d/l & scitzo speed... hi all, is the following normal: a) my d/l speeds are erratic to the point where it can change from 0kpbs to 6 etc every second (for example). This makes d/ls very slow! b) At the bottom left it says i have d/ls runing and shows the speed even when I have none running at all! please help! James.  |
