Limewire Pro can't access purchased software
 
Has anyone experienced a similar problem? I just purchased PRO download, recieved a confirmation email, then the link would not recognise my email address and allow me to download.

I can't contact customer support, as any attempt comes back with "no matching email address". Basic has no support, therefore the Limewire organisation is uncontactable to me.

Now about my $18.88....

Yes I have that same problem .. I am not able to download it anymore and it does not recognize my email address.. did you find a resolution

I just received an email back from Limewire giving me a new link. This email was a reponse to my note to webmaster (website feedback) explaining the situation. It took 3 days but got there in the end.

Everything seems to be working now. I suggest you write to the webmaster or seek out a staff member on the forum and pose a question directly (or do both).

"Lord of the Rings" seems to be very responsive and well informed.

Yes I am positive I purchased limewire pro from the site you provided.. thanks for the information.but I will send an email to the information you have provided.. thanks alot for the reply and the information..
