Couldn't find the License.
Download it?

I made a mark at "Use this answer at all times" and klicked on no...

and now, I am not able to download anything..

my Question: am I able to change it anywhere at settings?

LW's menu Tools>Options>View>Popups & tick the revert to default option & press apply.
