need more sources

ok i know that this has been talked about before but i looked through the first 5 pages and could not find anything so everytime i go to download something it says need more sources or waiting for busy hosts so can some one help us out a bit.

ps i have downloaded one from about 37 sources so yea it still say need more sources

oh and could someone tell me what a screener rip is im trying to find a dvd rip of a movie but i know what a dvd rip is but not a screener rip
