Basically - How Do I Upload

As the title says - I need to know how to upload! (yes.. probably sounds stupid!).

It's just that I want to load my own cd's onto my pc and may as well do it on here so they can be shared! - and trust me, they're worth sharing!)

I only have limewire basic......

Does that mean I can't do it?

Hi and welcome. Of course you can upload shared files. That is what it's all about.
Have you looked at http://www.limewire.com/english/content/userguide.shtml the user guide

Do you have iTunes installed it seems to make life easier, but I have never been without it.

If you need more help please ask as the complete answer to how to do it is long and should be covered in the support pages.

I'm very very new to this whole 'sharing files' and since I'm on dial up and only have limewire basic downloaded I didn't know if I could do it!

And looking at how little replies there are to threads, I didn't think that anyone would reply at all (or assume it was too stupid to reply to!)

It may be in the user guide - in all honesty I've only read over it at a glance - I just thought that there would be like a really easy command in the toolbar or something to let you do it!

It may just be to the fact that I'm completely computer illiterate but I cannot find a basic instruction to upload.
