 I agree. There is some major bug with the connections and search and download issue. I get the 1kb speeds from dsl and t1 user constantly. Poor search results that I did not encounter when i had basic. I pay $19 and get a worse product with email tech support which by the way has never responded other that their autoreply. I hope these problems are fixed soon or i'm movin on to something else.  |
