 broken download connection? can anyone help me figure out why each of my downloads, only download at a maximum of 4kb/s and for only 2 minutes at a time, at which point, connection is broken with that host, and has to re-establish again. this happens for every download i try to make, all the time, but it never used to happen, so im confused.  |
