can you provide a little more detail? are you getting errors? are you making sure the file you are downloading has an MP3 extension if downloading music and if you are using Pro and need or dont want the Pro version, you will have to contact someone via email at Limewire to findout how to get a refund.

I am having a problem with this disk problem. Anything I try to download starts out fine however it ends up saying disk error. I run on XP and the only thing I can think of to see how this started was a power outage happened twice in the span of an hour and reset my computer both times. At first, limewire said it couldn't save the infomation and asked me to do it myself. Now it is just disk error and I have up to date limewire basic

It's not an 'XP' thing, I get the same error on OSX 10.4.2. The Status column displays 'Disk Problem', downloads are either incomplete or never download at all despite the progress indicating 100%.

'Resume' is grey'd out

Disc is fine, fsck found nothing wrong. None of my hardware test utilities finds any problems on my drives.

this should be fixed in the latest version.
