That's what I said the upload speed is 31KB/s which is about 27KB/s taking into account the overheads, I Have also looked at all the threads, what I was saying is the Networks are in a mess because of all the spammers, If you click on a link with more than say 3 sources, most of the time your download will drop to about 5-6 K download, because they F**** T3s get into the action, which as you know most of them are spammers and they restrict your download speed.
