No Sound on download
 

Hi, I am trying to download a file, it plays with excellent quality, but I hear no sound! Do I need to download some kind of codec? Currently I have the ACE pack codecs, and they have been fine. I have never encountered this before. Does any one have any suggestions? I've heard of G-Spot, but I don't know how to use it! Please help!:confused:
