A big problem
 

I will post all the required things to post this message. My
Computer is a windows xp professional Sp2, Pentium 4 with 3.2ghz, 512MB of RAM, 160gb hard drive. SourceCable highspeed internet symantec firewall, a d-link router which doesnt interfere with anything.
Here's the question: How come when I download things off limewire, all my downloads are about 4-10kpbs and when I used my uncle's computer, all of his downloads went at 200kbps! He has a celeron processor with 2.4ghz, 128mb of RAM, MountainCable highspeed internet, windows firewall(which comes with his WindowsXP home edition sp2).
