![]() Sarah I would just like to add a few points that may help you when trying to download: 1) The P2P network consists of thousands of individually owned PCs, just like the ones you and I own. There is no central server that you can download from and no central authority that controls these PCs. Therefore, you are at the mercy of whatever P2P clients are willing to share. 2) You have various filters within LW, used them as they can help to keep out unwanted downloads. 3) Ensure the safety of your PC by using protective software, e.g. anti-virus, firewall, anti-spyware, etc. 4) As a general rule, stay away from exe, zip or any other file that is capable of running. Finally, P2P-ing can be enormous fun once you get the hang of it. UK Bob |
