 The LW Basic version offers a couple of versions, one is an offline installer. However, I just checked the pro page & there doesn't seem to be such an option for those with downlding & installation problems. Normally I'd recommend using the 'Other' version (OS/2, solarus, etc.) which means all you need to do is unzip it & you can use it. But I'm not 100% sure it comes in a pro version. You can try it.
