iSo Files

I have downloaded numerous iSo files but cannot open any without there being a virus in it that my computer picks up. It downloads fine but as soon as I try to extract it, it pops up as detecting a virus. Can anyone help?

Also the networks have been Flooded by fake files and spam by you Know who.
