 stief I have found that when running in UP mode it usually take several hours to to get to 30/14 after 24 hrs maybe 30/18 as soon as you start to search it will drop 5 to 8 leaves. I have cable 650kb down 45kb up which is more than enough for UP I very rarely DL in UP so there is no reason for it no to get to 30/30 I am running 4.9.28 Pro. I also know that people that have faster connections full T3 have no problem reaching the 30/30 number.
