 ok i hope this will help. its on windows xp. we have gotten the tunes to the itunes part but can't xfer them to the ipod. He loaded them to itunes from limewire and we can't do anything with them. I talked with HP(hewlitt Packard) and they wanted me to hightlight and click on "convert" but it is greyed out. They are in mp3 format.  |
