New user VERY CONFUSED!
 

All I want to do is download a good version of Word. That is it! I do not need any music downloads, threads or any other feature that is being offered. Frankly, I am really getting annoyed that I feel like I bought something under the impression that I would easily be able to download WORD (at a lesser cost than through a retail outlet) so that I can use it on my computer, and this is a big scam. ALL I NEED IS MS WORD. Not any other piece of software that MS offers. Just Word. In addition, this is so user un-friendly that it is adding to my frustration level. HELP ME PLEASE. I have been charged for a service that I feel I should not have purchased. Thanks so much for your consideration and please reply as soon as possible.
