 Dont worry mate, im form the UK and im with Tiscali, 2mb connection, i was getting speeds well over 100kbps up to 2 weeks ago, now i still have a turbo-charged connection and i connect to about 14 users when downb,oading a popular file but my download starts at 5kbps and then goes to 0kbps whilst still connected to 14 users. This was happenin to other users aswell we were discussing it a few weeks ago. soz ive got no solution and im really pissed off at it.  |
