Cant download Please help

Im connected to the internet and everything but a About a week ago something came up and said about copywright, i think i click yes and now nothing not a single thing will download.

i have Reinstalled it and i run the basic version. 4.9.29

Please help

That's spooky. I upgraded to 4.9.29 today and now every single download says "need more sources". What's gone wrong?
