No one is downloading
 

I am new to lime wire and I have put 100 WMV movies into my shared folder

my problem is that no one is downloading from me???

I see my files are getting hits but no takers

what is the problem?

Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False? If false then you may have a firewall partially blocking incoming.

Did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); Firewall configuration instructions (click on link)

To check uploads, go to LW's Library window, select your shared folder & look to the far right columns. The Hits column will show how many people have found your files in searches. Uploads will show how many people have uploaded part or all of one of your files.

I must say, wmv is a format often filtered out by other users. That's because wmv shows up in spam search results. Other video formats would be more attractive to the whole community for sharing & uplding/downlding.
