New user could use some help plz
 

Hi.
I downloaded Limewire basic earlier and it worked ok, and gave ok speeds.

So i upgraded to pro...and now its gotten far worse and i dont understand.

Can anyone give any advice?

Which version of LW do you have? I'd recommend defragmenting your HDD & make sure you have plenty of space. Also check your HDD over with disk & file utilities to make sure the directories are in a healthy state.

It seems like something happenned when you upgraded to XP, something went went wrong.

It shouldn't have split your hard drive up like that unless it was specifically told to do so.

It appears that the drive you are using does not have enough space left on it to complete the d/l you are trying to do. That was is why you are getting the disk problem.

I would suggest attempting to reinstall/upgrade to XP again from the cd or try and do a repair. If you boot from the cd it will give you severeal options after it loads. There is a repair option, just follow the instructions.
