Moving songs from Limewire library

Can someone tell me how to move a list of downloaded songs from my Limewire library to my Dell/Musicmatch library?
This is what I do, and it doesn't work: I click on "add files" in Musicmatch, and a list of my Program files comes up, and I click on Limewire, and nothing gets added.
After I download songs to Limewire, am I supposed to create a file of these songs?? Please help.

In Musicmatch Jukebox click on "Library" on the left hand side of the window. Then above the big library window on the right click "add tracks" Then a box will popup, browse your pc for your files The default is C:/Documents and Settings/"your user name"/Shared. When you find the folder, highlite it and click "add" and it should add the songs to your library. post back if it doesn't work.
