 Don't panic!! The normal symbol next to the incomplete folder is a torn file  To start a new thread, just go to the forum section that you want to post in & click on New Thread (top left, underneath User CP). The disk problem is tricky... first question is how much HDD space do you have left? Defragmenting the hard drive has fixed it for some people.
