I'm in Australia and have a cable modem.

I had the previous limewire version and I was getting speeds from 20-40 kb/s which was ok, a movie would download in about 5hrs.

But ever since I downloaded the latest version of limewire my speeds wont go past 7 kb/s. And it took 4 days to download a movie.

I'm thinking of disregarding limewire all together if I can't fix the problem. I was having heaps of fun with it too.

Can anyone think of what could be the problem?

Modem, Connections, Firewall, Router ect ?

I'm no computer technican so wouldn't have a clue!
