I got the message for the update....then when I tried to update it, it completely took limewire off my computer, then I went to re-download it and it's saying I don't have a valid email address.....which is ridiculous cause i have the receipt they sent me to this address! I need to know who to get in touch with and there are no numbers or anyone to help! Please tell me who to talk too!

If you get the pro updates it's best to get them directly from your personal downld page. Remember, pro updates are only available for up to 6 months after you purchase pro. thanks for the reply. I did pay 18.95 for pro...at least thats what I think. I have the receipt from paypal. But I was trying to download the update from my own download and it deleted the whole thing. I just got it a month ago, and when I went to the site it just wouldn't let me use my email address. Is it possible to get in touch with any body directly through limewire??
