 Being un-versed in Windows, but knowing others on the forum who are, I suggest you post back with details of your computer OS Java etc, as well as confirming if you are using (or trying to use) Basic or pro, and if you have down loaded it from limewire.com, and if you have tried the two different installers. Any imformation you think could be useful, might well be
