Keep getting Virus Warning

I need some help it doesn't matter what exe file I am downloading it comes up with the same worm everytime is anyone else having the same problem and how do I get rid of it.

See WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! & in particular, the file sizes to stay away from! ;) Don't get confused between KB & MB
