i can't download!
 

hi!
that my problem:
my little brother used the programm while i wasn't there. he says that there appered a window, and he clicked on "use this answer every time". but he cant remember enything else. and now i cant download, when i click on "download" nothing works,:(
so i cleaned this programm completly from platform c. and reinstalled it. but it doesnt work to, the same problemm...:mad:
so please help me, i dont know what i have to do:confused:

I have the same problem, my firewall is allowing access, everything seems fine, i can search, but either double clicking, hitting "download" or right clicking and selecting download don't do anything. Nothing happens.

Any thoughts ? :)

What happens when you try to download? Do files move into the download pane? If they don't, try the advice here.

Or, do files sit connecting for ages & then get stuck needing sources forever? If that's the case, you're probably seeing fake files.

If you're searching for music files, use the All Types search & search for artist or album rather than song title. Go for a file with 10 sources or less...stay away from the files with huge numbers of sources.
If you're searching for video files, always chech the file with Bitzi before download. If a file has heaps of sources but no Bitzi rating, chances are it's a fake.
