T3 or Higher

I'm not getting to Download from T3 lines. yet sometime I can, and sometime it will not. any one know why this is?

Beware of the T3's or higher, usually these are the fake hosts that contain viruses/worms/trojans/spam. I usually cant download from them either. I stick with T1's & cable. Im cable so its easier for me to dl from a fellow cable user than a T3. You have to catch these hosts when they are online at the sametime you are to download from them. T3's or Higher are NOT reliable hosts at all.

Thanks for the Info. I use Cable too. I will stay away from T-Three's.
