Problem: DLing Exe, why? My n00bish stupidity *sigh* please help

Yes, i messed up. I am using basic. I tryed to DL an exe, it came up with 'Not Copywrited' clicked on 'Always answer' then yes, next said 'It could be a virus' clicked 'Always answer' and then no :( by accident. So now i cant DL exes, i tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, that didnt work. Any other answers?
