is this an virus.
Hi im new, to this forum site, but been an member of limewire, for 7 months, but im having problems i think. when someone is uploading music, films, etc from me, an very quick words comes up saying ,, uploading HASH TREE, i was wondering is this an virus, or its just normal.
please help. im not using limewire untill i think its safe for other users. thanks.

This is a perfectly normal part of Limewire operation and nothing to worry about. I'm only surprised you haven't noticed it before. If you go to search (above right) and search for hash tree you should find it explained better than I can do it.
Any more worrys please post back but you are quite safe to use your Limewire ... Enjoy!
