when i was asked about a corrupt file i made to mistakes. One was that i ticked the box to not show this message again and ialso ticked the no box by accident. I would like to know how I can now stop downloading corrupt files. please help

Go to Preferencs or options and then to View > Pop Ups> tick revert to default> Apply > OK |

thanks for your reply. I have deleted the other question. where to i go to find this option or preferences. do i go to the limewire options tab?

That's cool
Yes, the Limewire options tab I never know if it is called options or preferences as Mac is a little different. This will ensure that all the pop up messages return, and any you don't want you will have to repeat that you don't want them. As for the corrupt files. quite a lot are corrupt, but if you see a number of slightly different versions of the same file, try anouther download with a different bit rate or a few seconds difference in the length |
