In LW go to Tools>Options>Sharing> and it will show you where your shared files are located. The default location is C:\Documents and Settings\"your user name"\Shared.

If you still can"t find them do a search on you pc. On your desktop click on start>search>files and folders, and search for a file you know you downloaded.

I have conducted a search and found the missing files (in shared files) although when in explorer I look for the same files in shared documents they don't appear to be there.

How come "search" can find these files although I can't find them using explorer??? How can I move these files if I can't find them using explorer???

Any ideas???

Signed frustrated
Dave

Sorry I'm not familiar with msn explorer.

I don't know if this will help but try the links in the Quote below.
