 In Preferences there is an option to say how long you want to keep incomplete files, the default is very low. I suggest you set it to 300 days, or something like that. see options>saving>days to keep incomplete files>set your limit>apply.ok It is said that upgrading will not affect your incompletes, and it has not ever affected mine, but I think you may have just been unluky as a few have been. I'm not sure which of these remarks may apply to you. Have you by any chance moved your download folder? This can cause trouble too.
