Erm I give up ... I thinkI see what you mean about the manual etc. My best advice is to find a nice person who understands phones and pcs to help you . I googled and found http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_u8180-reviews-1177.php which seems to be a one way forum

but it seems from a quick look at this that a bit of ingenuity might be be required. give it a google and see what else you come up with.
