downloading

I have downloaded LimeWire 4.9.37, and have searched for music I wish to download, I use a dial up modem for connection to the internet. I select a file to download and nothing happens. What am missing?

See License requirement (click on link) & follow both suggestions re: search option & Revert Popups to Default. :)
