Won't come up with iTunes files I have just downloaded the latest version of Limewire, and when I was searching for music, the file types for the music were all real player. this is useless as I use iTunes! Although I was able to get my song to play on iTunes, is there any way to ensure that it will search for iTunes files mostly (at least). Please help! |
Do you mean the actual file formats were realplayer or, after downlding the mp3's had realplayer icons? The latter reason being that realplayer is probably your default audio player. See Setting default audio program However if your searches only find realplayer files, then type in mp3 at the end of the search title. eg: My song.mp3 or beebles - mp3 You can also stop realplayer files showing up in your searches by deleting the realplayer extensions from extensions you want to share. I "think" that works. LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Sharing & see extension list. Alternatively, put the extensions into keyword filters. eg: .rp & realplayer other extensions.
